Would it be a bad choice or effect me becoming a civil engineer if… my math grade is an average of a B- but my physic mark averages on A- to A?

You are OK. However, you should try to increase your math average. Most civil engineering programs do require fifth semester calculus, so working now will make your work easier later. All the engineering disciplines require advanced math, so try harder.
Cheers and good luck!
No.

It is a lot a lot of math so if you like math then sure why not
Become a firefighter. I did. No regrets. I love it.
13 years fire service.
I think those are fine qualifications for becoming a civil engineer.
